Shipping policy

Standard delivery times are provided below:

Please be aware that all orders received before 1pm will be shipped the same working day. Any orders received after 1pm will be shipped the next working day. 

Royal Mail Tracked 48:  (Free Delivery) 2-3 working days (from shipment date)

Royal Mail Tracked 24:  1-2 working days (from shipment date)

Please be aware that during the busy Christmas period, shipping times may be longer. 

Each item is shipped with a tracking number, that will confirm when the delivery has been made. 

If you haven't received your order within 7 working days, please contact us and we will ensure that it is tracked down as soon as possible. If we are unable to track down your package then a replacement will be sent. 

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us and provide photos of the packaging if possible, and we will rectify the situation with a replacement. 

If you provide an incorrect delivery address to us, we will need to charge an additional postage fee, plus £1.99 admin charge in order to send out a replacement.
