Mystery Guides Summer Prize Draw — Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Wells Sermo Ltd (Trading as Mystery Guides) Cell Block Studios, College Road, HM Naval Base, Portsmouth. PO1 3LJ. Company Registration Number: 11932334

2. Eligibility

• Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
• Employees of Wells Sermo Ltd, their families or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

• Complete a Mystery Guide and upload your answer as instructed at the end of the guide.
• All entries must be received by 11:59pm on 31st August 2025.
• Only one entry per guide purchased.

4. Prize

• One winner will receive a 1-night hotel stay for up to 4 people in a Mystery Guide city of their choice, plus a Mystery Guide of their choice.
• Prize includes accommodation only; travel, meals and other expenses are not included.
• Hotel and dates are subject to availability and must be booked within 6 months of winning.
• There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
• The winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the closing date.
• If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, a new winner will be selected.

• The promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
