Clues 1 - 10: Dare You Discover Blackbeard's Lair
In the first half of your adventure, you'll discover the Christmas Steps, Bristol City Hall and the Hatchet. Follow in the footsteps of notorious pirate Blackbeard, who is said to have favoured the Hatchet Inn.
Take a Break!
Pull up a chair in the Commercial Rooms, a former gentleman's club where merchants would meet to discuss secret deals and dabble in sordid affairs!
Clues 11-16: What Caused the King to Fall?
In the second part of your adventure, you'll discover St Nicholas Market, King Street and Queen Square. The stunning Queen Square is one of the final stops of your adventure, BUT, don't relax just yet! Perhaps you can spot the statue of a king who famously fell from his horse after it was tripped… can you spot what caused them to fall?

Grab a bite to eat at the final location or explore one of Bristol's many restaurants.
Stay the Night
Admire the wonderful facade of the Clayton Hotel, which once housed Edward Everard's Printing Works. One of his great passions was the arts and crafts movement and he vowed to use as many traditional techniques as possible in his own business. He was greatly inspired by William Morris - inventor of the Kelmscott Press - which required books to be decorated and printed by hand.
Day 2
Inside an Inventor's Mind…
From imprisoned parents to infamous inventor, discover more about the life of Isambard Kingdom Brunel at the SS Great Britain. Try your hand at being a Victorian sailor and unpick the incredible rescue mission that went into bringing the ship home.
Bullseye!
After solving the crime of the Sabotaged Balloon and the amazing flying machine, head to Flight Club Bristol - a venue with dart boards, cocktails and a ‘funfair’ atmosphere!
